We're a very friendly club with a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere. We hold training sessions with our excellent coach in the Melbourne gym twice a week. Our members excel and set numerous national records, competing in many competitions including Varsities and IrishPF Opens. Members have also won medals at the World Championships.
This is a great club in terms of progression. Beginners welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
